Patients with insurance are asked to pay their co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles at the time of service.

 

In the event you do not have insurance, payment in full is expected on the day of service.  A 20 percent discount will be given to patients without insurance if they pay at the time of service and do not have a prior balance. Special billing arrangements may be made with our billing department when necessary.
